It’s All About Colour!
It’s Spring time and everyone is looking for a fresh and lively new look. Women look at this time of year to throw away their black and bring on the bright yellow, saucy oranges, blues and fuchsia. Anything but black! My advice to you is don’t toss that black out too quickly. Different coloured clothes emphasize different parts of the body. Many women still get dressed in colours that draw attention to their weaknesses and fail to enhances their assets. The rule of thumb with fashion is – light colours highlight and dark colours hide. If you are a top heavy lady, you should predominately wear dark tops and lighter bottoms. If your weight lies on your hips and thighs, you should opt for lighter tops with darker bottoms. The same principle to emphasizing your assets – light colours draw attention and dark colours disguise.
Colours to look for Spring/Summer 2009 – Yellow, Orange, Metallic Gray, light blue, Pink, Terra and yes…. Black!
