About Us
The WomenPrenuer®has been in the making for a very long time. Tina (founder & CSOII "Chief Sharer of Information and Inspiration") has been a WomenPreneur herself for the last 20 years. Having had the corporate job, the office, the title and the paycheque I knew inside that this was not enough. I continued at my stressful corporate job, worked crazy hours, and didn't pay enough attention to myself and my family and I did all this because I had convinced myself that this is what I was supposed to do, wasn't it? All the while I continued to ask myself “why am I working so hard, stressing myself and everyone around me out, with little or no thanks from "the management team". Well I guess my indirect "Thanks" was I was still employed! The hardest thing for me to rationalize during this time was that I was making someone else very happy and wealthy! making their dreams come true, not mine! Then I was introduced to Network Marketing (not just as a business opportunity but as a way of doing business) in a time where everyone thought “oh, you don’t want to get involved with those types of businesses or people, they are all scams”! (boy, am I glad I didn't listen to those people!) I knew there was something to these businesses and gave a few a try, and did alright? but, like many people couldn’t wait for the “Fame & Fortune” to arrive. So I quit and went on to the next Company. This cycle went on for quite a while and during this journey it seems ironic that all these Companies were not "making me successful and giving me the life I deserved", like they promised! Then it HIT ME, “What was I doing to build my business?, was I building strong relationships? was I paying very close attention and learning from the successful people in the organization? was I more focused on what I can get versus what I can give? All of these questions along with a handful of amazing people & mentors and a journey of self-awareness, years of living and learning, successes and failures and a passion to help others were just a few of the elements that have paved the path to my Entrepreneurial Journey and the start of The WomenPrenuer®. I have been so very lucky to meet so many amazing, inspiring, kind and successful people over the years that I can't wait to share what I have learned from them with you. I truly believe that sharing, whether its knowledge, ideas, failures and/or successes is one of the most important steps to any successful life and business. I hope the WomenPrenuer® is a place you can come to often to learn, grow, be inspired, be challenged and most importantly feel like you’re a part of it all, something real. You will be accompanied by many WomenPreneurs (WP's) like yourself who will always be there for you!
